CANADA : Roxgold Extends Core Drilling Contract for Yaramoko Gold Concession

Published 17 Aug 2011

Roxgold has extended the core drilling contract at the Yaramoko gold concession, for 5000 m during mid-September. So far, the company has drilled HQ and NQ holes for some 4500 m in 36 drill holes at the Yaramoko concession.

The preferred samples were sent for processing to Canada, for preventing the long delays connected with the testing of samples in Burkina Faso. The focus of this drilling is on the Bouboulou 2 region and Rawema, which formerly yielded 1.52 g/t gold over 40 m, 2.19 g/t gold over 35 m.

Roxgold has also completed wide RAB drill programs at all of its optioned properties to comprehend the current rock and soil anomalies and to form new anomalies.
