The government of Hungary has published a draft revision designed to transpose new European Union commands on public procurement into national law.
According to an impact study attached to the draft, the changes will enable the "strategic use" of public procurements, like making the employment of disadvantaged employees a condition for participation.
The government will accept feedback on the draft until 30th April.
